food
processing

Foods like breads, cheeses, and meats go through different processes before getting to your plate. Often, this involves them sitting and waiting for hours on cloth. These textiles are necessarily reused on a daily basis, and they are breeding grounds for bacteria and fungus, particularly molds. Other than being very unhygienic, they also have a strong foul odor.

When we charge these fabrics, they remain hygienic for as long as they are used, given appropriate and practical washing and reuse. The risk of contamination and odor are greatly reduced.
